3.2 Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, non-compliance with these Terms, or other violations.

• You may cancel your account at any time, but membership fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Vendor Guidelines & Selling Policies

4.1 Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Orders must be fulfilled within the agreed timeframe.

• Vendors are responsible for handling customer inquiries, disputes, and refunds in accordance with our policies.

4.2 Prohibited Products

The sale of the following items is strictly prohibited on B.A.M:

• Illegal or counterfeit goods

• Weapons or hazardous materials

• Pornographic content

• Hate speech or discriminatory materials

• Any product violating intellectual property laws

4.3 Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Vendors must clearly define their return and refund policies.

• If a vendor fails to fulfill an order or provides misleading information, we reserve the right to issue refunds on their behalf and take necessary action.

 

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate payment and shipping details.

• Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.

• Disputes should be resolved directly with the vendor before escalating to B.A.M support.

 

6. Payments, Fees & Billing

• Vendors are responsible for monthly subscription fees and any additional service fees.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Late payments may result in service disruptions or account termination.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on B.A.M, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

• Vendors retain the rights to their product images and descriptions but grant B.A.M a license to use them for promotional purposes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• B.A.M is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of products listed by vendors.

• Under no circumstances will B.A.M be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of the Platform.

 

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Post false or misleading content.

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

 

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes privately.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, B.A.M reserves the right to mediate the dispute and make a final decision.
