COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at Support@BlackAmericanMarket.net. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

COOKIES

Cookies are small data files that a website you visit may save on your computer or handheld device that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier. Our websites and those of our Products may use cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns, tracking our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases. We may include small graphic images in our email messages and newsletters to determine whether the messages were opened and the links were viewed.

SECURITY

All security on our website is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including the use of SSL technology, on our back-end systems that store customer account information and protect data transmissions. However, this is not a guarantee that such data transmissions cannot be accessed, altered, or deleted due to firewall or other security software failures.

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, we do not offer you a refund or exchange at this time.

Membership Policy

1. Membership Fees & Payment Processing

1.1. Membership Subscription Fees

  • Black American Market (B.A.M) processes all membership fees in advance during the term of this Agreement.

  • The membership fee covers only the number of business members specified on the enrollment form.

  • Additional memberships for multiple businesses require a separate membership fee.

2. Billing Schedule & Payment Terms

2.1. Billing Cycle

  • Invoices are generated every 30 days and sent via email to the Primary Member.

  • Members are responsible for reviewing all charges upon receipt.

2.2. Payment Schedule

  • B.A.M will charge or debit the Member’s account on the 18th of each month for the upcoming month’s charges and any outstanding overages from the previous month.

  • Payments must be received in full at least 5 days before the last day of the month.

2.3. Past Due Accounts

  • Accounts are considered past due if payment has not been received by the 18th.

  • If payment remains unpaid after the 20th, B.A.M reserves the right to release assigned spaces to other members.

  • If payment is not made by the 1st of the following month, the Member will be removed from the app and any re-enrollment will be treated as a new membership with a restart date.

3. Overage Fees & Entitlements

3.1. Membership includes pre-paid services, such as:

  • In-App marketing and promotions

  • Free ad space

  • Outreach services

  • Event broadcasting

3.2. Any overage beyond the pre-paid entitlement is subject to additional charges as outlined in the Member Portal Fee Schedule.

4. Insufficient Funds & Late Fees

4.1. Failed Payments

  • If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds or invalid card details, a $35 fee will be applied to the current bill.

4.2. Outstanding Balances

  • B.A.M reserves the right to withhold services or terminate the agreement if any outstanding balance remains unpaid beyond the 1st of the month.

  • Any received payments will first be applied to the oldest outstanding balance before being applied to current charges.

5. Membership Fee Adjustments

5.1. Fee Increases

  • Membership fees may increase once annually at B.A.M's discretion.

  • Other service fees may be adjusted periodically.

  • Members will receive a 30-day notice before any fee adjustments.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Membership fees and commitment fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • Monthly membership fees are not eligible for refunds.
